Since 1985, Mike Boyer has hired and trained in excess of 300 men in more than 32 states, using virtually every style of directional boring equipment. A twenty-year veteran in the industry, Mike is directly responsible for creating unique evaluation methods and problem solving techniques for the many diversified problems inherent in directional boring applications. With the primary focus being on safety and accuracy, Mike has designed enough precautionary tools and procedures to eliminate nearly 100% of the risks involved in the day-to-day operation of directional boring equipment. EQUIBORE strictly enforces these procedures to create a safe and productive working environment.

Sam Worthan, Project Manager
Chief foreman, Sam Worthan, is admired throughout the industry for what is considered the strongest technical ability in the directional boring business. Sam has bored with virtually every type of equipment, under the most demanding site conditions, throughout the southeast states. His ability to lead by example and provide exceptional results has earned him the respect of colleagues, customers and competitors.

Rich Hruda, Project Manager
Working alongside Sam Worthan, in 1992, Rich Hruda was part of a team that brought in a record 3.2 million dollars using only three pieces of equipment. During this time of incredible activity and momentum, not one single injury occurred to any crew member. This display of capital productivity, efficiency and safety is the result of Hruda's ten years of focused directional boring experience.
